  • Shuttle Service and Car Rental

    We organize the pick-up service from the airport and the train station

    If you want to reach the house comfortably and without stress, we organize the pick-up service from the airport and the train station.

    From the airport (one way):

    30 € in total, up to 4 people

    40 € for 5-9 people

    From the bus/train station (one way):

    25 € in total, up to 4 people

    35 € for 5-9 people

  • House Rules

    • smoking is prohibited inside the facilities
    • parties are prohibited
    • respect the days for separate waste collection
    • sort waste correctly
    • no pets allowed

  • Chek-in & Chek-out

    The times are very important to us, to be able to guarantee maximum precision and cleanliness.

    • CHEK-IN is scheduled from 2:00 pm onwards
    • CHEK-OUT is scheduled no later than 10:00 am

  • Parking

    We do not have private parking inside the facilities, it is possible to park on the street both for free and for a fee on the blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to leave the cars in the garage for a fee.

  • Luggage Storage

    If you want to leave your luggages before check-in or after check-out time, there is a luggage storage 5 mins away from the houses called "Stow your bags" in Via Antonino Mancini, 22, 95131 Catania CT.

  • Excursions

    Catania is a very lively city, full of life, history and beaches!

  • Waste disposal

    It is essential to respect the days of separate waste collection. In each apartment you will find the scheme to follow in the kitchen and the containers to carry it out correctly. You will be informed of the exact place where to put the waste of the specific day via WhatsApp and email. Please respect this rule, in order to avoid unpleasant sanctions.

  • Cancellation policy

    -Cancel free of charge up to 15 days in advance.


    -For cancellations between 14 days and 24h in advance, you will be charged on 30% of the value of the reservation


    -For cancellations less than 24h before arrivals, you will be charged full amount of your stay.
